Terms of Sale

Effective Date: August 14, 2025

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases from Wholesale Direct 2U (“we,” “our,” or “us”) whether through our website, by phone, or in person. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

  • All products are subject to availability and may be substituted with similar items of equal or greater value if agreed upon.

  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change weekly due to market conditions (especially for fresh produce).

  • Produce prices are updated every week. Orders will be processed based on the current price list at the time of confirmation.

2. Payment

  • Payment is due in full before shipment. Orders must be paid by credit card, e-transfer, or other approved method at least 24 hours before shipping.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Unpaid orders will not be shipped.

  • All sales are final; no cancellations once payment has been processed.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery fees vary by location and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

  • We coordinate shipments to specific geographic areas to reduce costs; preferred rates may apply for full or half truckloads delivered within the same area.

  • The customer is responsible for being available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time. If delivery is missed, re-delivery charges may apply.

4. Product Handling

  • Perishable items must be stored according to safe food handling guidelines immediately upon delivery.

  • We are not responsible for spoilage or damage if products are not handled or stored properly after delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of wholesale produce and food products, all sales are final.

  • If you receive damaged or incorrect items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Approved refunds or credits will be issued at our discretion.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, transportation issues, or supplier shortages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
